We were involved early as project managers in the design of this eightplex, tasked with finding value-engineering solutions that would improve the building’s construction timeline. Our team is helping the design and investor teams to value-engineer the project, with modular solutions that improve efficiency. Our approach has been so successful that this development will be used as a model for similar future projects across the Greater Toronto Area.
