Tackling the challenges of converting a property with row buildings as neighbours and a nearby, high-traffic street, we were able to successfully design and build this project within six months. We converted the second floor into two residential units and retrofitted the main floor from a shoe store into an accounting office. The office’s custom-designed features include zoned heating and cooling, a custom-designed reception, and a fully remodeled aluminium facade that matches the brand’s blue-based colour palette.
