]]> For this design-build, we created a modern, rustic feel and look with this 1,000-square-foot lawyer’s office. Built within three months, this project required us to coordinate the freight of our materials with the building while meeting the client’s vision for a loft-style finished office. In coordination with our design team, we were able to incorporate natural elements like brick and wood, to bring extra warmth into the space. Designing and constructing custom furniture and lighting fixtures added bold, unique touches throughout.

]]> Despite its relative distance from our usual operations, this 2,500-square-foot design and build in Pickton, ON was a notable success. We were able to provide a custom design within two months and construct the medical clinic with nine exam rooms and construction within two months, all on time and within the budget.

]]> Tackling the challenges of converting a property with row buildings as neighbours and a nearby, high-traffic street, we were able to successfully design and build this project within six months. We converted the second floor into two residential units and retrofitted the main floor from a shoe store into an accounting office. The office’s custom-designed features include zoned heating and cooling, a custom-designed reception, and a fully remodeled aluminium facade that matches the brand’s blue-based colour palette.
