]]> To control costs and help 6ix Dev bring a cost-efficient project to reality, our team was involved during the site plan application for this 24,000-square-foot development. This mid-sized, 11-unit project needed right-sized teams to deliver in a timely manner, and we delivered: creating schedules and budgets, handling site management, and providing the office functions necessary for successfully managing the project through to a 2024 completion date.
